Quilt Market

I hope everyone that went to Quilt Market had a great time. It was wonderful and I wish you all could go. There are such nice people and so many new ideas for us as a shop owner. MODA was great. They had a dinner for all the shop owners on Saturday night and the theme was western so they had a mechanical bull. It was a blast. I will post pictures soon. First I would like to congratulate MODA for winning best booth. They did such a great job and have such hard working people helping them. HAPPY QUILTING

Winter Elegance Table Runner

I stayed up last night to finish this. I used a free pattern on United Notions website called Woodland Holiday by Sentimental Studios. The fabric that I used is WINTER ELEGANCE by Sentimental Studios. I going to use this on the big table at Christmas and try to make something fun to go the the kids table. Our new quilt kits are great. I really want to think such wonderful designers for doing a great job. We're looking forward to meeting some of the designers at quilt market in Houston, Texas. I just can't wait to get to Houston and see all the new items coming out. You can never have to much fabric or quilting notions as far as I'm concerned. Winter Elegance Table Runner

I've started a table runner for Christmas using WINTER ELEGANCE by Sentimental Studios for MODA. This is so much fun to make and really simple. I just have to find the time to get it finished. Market is this weekend and I'm looking forward to seeing new fabric and meeting new designers

I just finished a wonderful little project for Halloween. I have used the panel from HAPPY HOWLOWEEN by Deb Strain. My granddaughter Nykole is doing a project with pumpkins in her 2nd grade class so she is carrying this to school so they can hang it in class. Marmalade Quilt Kit

BUDDING BEAUTIES

 

Our new arrival is here. BUDDING BEAUTIES by Ro Gregg for Paintbrush Studio is a wonderful fabric with great colors. It has beautiful Hydrangeas in pink, blue and purple. We have a panel that would make a great wall hanging or use it for the center of a quilt. We also have prints with Hydrangeas all over. I really hope you like this line as much as I do.
